Am I understanding this correctly, at the point they were all in that car park none of them had been allocated tickets and weren't going to be as it would have been too late?

Wasn't there a less volatile place they could have been taken then?

All the WMP horses were made redundant a few years ago. Where did they cone from?

Worcestershire or Shropshire was mentioned the other month when they were outside for another match.

What a dark day for our once great club. Even the police horses are all from the shires and don't drink in town.

Ha ha, excellent.

Hopefully no women and children were kettled by WMP - IF we get to the final, how many of us are going to travel without tickets to Athens, it will be interesting to read the reactions on here if we are treated the same by the Greek police.

The further into this competition we go the more likelihood is of us drawing another club with a big away following, are WMP and Villa going to ban their fans as well?

Hundreds turned up without tickets and staff from Legia did not turn up to issue fans with tickets as a protest. Should they have let ticketless fans in and then how many?
Unfortunately you’re going to get innocent people who’ve been caught up in it but it was unavoidable. Up to 3,000 apparently turned up with Legia refusing to tell them not to and washing their hands of it. Their fans were not banned, their allocation was cut because they can’t behave and yet they still turned up with a view to force their way in.
Hell bent on violence as per previous games and remember they were let in at Leicester and played up in the ground. I’ve absolutely no doubt if they been let in the game would’ve been stopped at some point and maybe innocent fans from our side would’ve been hurt.
They should be banned and for a considerable amount of time as well.
WMP and our club should be praised not ridiculed.

It does feel like we've set a precedent here.  Either this will be widely criticised across the board, including by UEFA, or travelling away fans better get used to the prospect of not actually seeing games, tickets or not.
No. Police decision correct decision. They behaved badly. We have been to Warsaw and Alkmaar. Ticket distribution efficiently organised by our club and exemplarily behaviour from those of us who were there despite local agitation. Correction should be applied where the fault lies.

On all the pics I've seen, there doesn't appear to be 2k people in that car park, or anywhere near it. Are there reports of lots of them staying in town?

I've also read that Legia didn't release the allocated tickets to their fans in protest.

Has anyone found out where they all went to after the match? Didn't see a single one of the post-game.

I’d imagine that they all fucked off back to central Brum. Apart from the Sauce Throwers.

There were actually a couple by the coach park for the Luton game which surprised me as like you haven't seen them in games for years.
