All the WMP horses were made redundant a few years ago. Where did they cone from?

Someone calling in to Talksport said Thames Valley.

They were refusing to go in anyway, due to not getting a full allocation.

Legia fan phoned up TalkSport and basically admitted that they were trying to force Villa/The Police to let 2000-3000 fans in by force of numbers.

I think they miscalculated their negotiating position, and thought that force of numbers would make WMP back down and allow the allocation they thought they were "entitled" to.

There were a few in front of us trying to tailgate families through turnstiles in the Trinity and had to be sent away.

They were. And for all the accusations flying hither & yon tonight I don't think the police could have done much different. Their ultras told their ordinary supporters that they weren't going in (unconfirmed but from a reliable source well over an hour before kick-off) and I doubt more than a few of their supporters got anywhere near ours.
