Why do commentators not see an obvious offside but instead jizz over a potential goal threat?

He’s well below par. Hope he snaps out of it, should have scored just before the non-penalty.
He’s very inconsistent and a bit of a drifter.
Let’s hope Emery can change this.

Tbf the 5SX team were opining that it was ridiculous that the game was not stopped at such an obvious offside
