FA Cup disciplinary watch

FA Cup yellow cards don't carry over into the Premier League
FA Cup Red cards do carry over to the next match or matches in the Premier League
A Red Card in Premier League can carry over to suspension in FA Cup

No players are at risk of missing the potential semi final unless red carded

Suspension Watch Prem League

Any player who receive a total of 10 yellow cards in first 32 Premier League matches receive a two-match suspension.

Rogers is currently on 8 yellow cards after 29 games so is at risk
No other player at risk.

Bump.
Cash and Kamara.both on four yellows.
McGinn on three.
Amnesty is after game week 19, Arsenal away.

Not the two players you'd want missing either Chelsea or Arsenal away in an ideal world.

The kamara one was fair yesterday but the Cash booking was very soft. As ever Taylor seems to make up the rules largely based on how dramatic the person being fouled is.

The ref was pretty rubbish again yesterday. He didn't book a West Ham.player until the 92nd minute.

Hmm.  I’d be a bit tempted to rest Kamara against Man Utd.  Maybe put Bogarde in there.

Youri, Onana, McGinn, Rogers, Buendia, Watkins feels more sensible against Man Utd if we did rest him. Bogarde to come on to close things out.

Think I'd be inclined to risk it though and play him.

Nah Man. United is far more winnable than Chelsea or Arsenal so keep Kamara and Cash in and if they miss one of the others so be it.

In normal circumstances Konsa would shuffle across to RB for that level of opponent but he hasn't played at right back for a long time for us now so Garcia could well get a game.

Or we stick Lindelof there if Pau can return in two weeks.

I don't think you should rest one of your best players against a team you're fighting for European places, in case they get booked and might miss another game against a team you're fighting for European places.

Sure, he might get booked and miss a game, but he might not, and I think this next run of three games requires our best possible 11 in every game - and that includes Kamara.

I'd risk it as well. Against Man Utd, history tells us  we have to play our strongest eleven. Also, from a top four (possibly 5) perspective, probably better that we nobble Man Utd then the Arses.

Unai doesn't mind taking a risk. Have a feeling we have used our full complement of substitutions in some games with 15 minutes still remaining. Risky if we get an injury but Unai does like to maximum energy levels.

Whatever happens they'll only miss a max of one game. Full strength v ManU. Full strength v Chelsea.

The advertisers must be distraught. And still Risso tops the charts!
