This is a bit of a come down after the last few weeks. It’s why we’re not a finished product right now, and need another couple of transfer windows.
Potentially, we’re great but this is a reality check. Other teams will struggle against the physicality of forest at their ground - but we really have been the architects of our own downfall today. It’s our mistakes, it’s being off the pace, it’s just a lack of presence and almost a bit of arrogance.
We’ll learn, but this lesson hurts a bit today. We’re better than this.
