Is it a 'mentality' thing. Unai plays our strongest X1, players think, Unai wants to win this. Unai plays weakened team, players think Unai not arsed if we win tonight.

This rotation lark will take some getting used to for players and fans alike!!

That would imply that players think of themselves as being weaker or second string, which would be a problem in itself.

Doesn't seem to be an issue at most other sides in our league position when they have played "weakened" teams. Although there is "weakened", and then there is deliberate sabotage which he seems to be doing by playing two midfielders in defence, including a right sided attacking player as Left Back.
