Not nearly as much rotation as I thought.  maybe the plan is to smash them early and then bring on subs.

Looks like a pretty strong Everton line-up as well, although not sure how many of them are in their normal starting 11.

I don't mind the team apart from Donk in defence. I know we'd all prefer Emi in goal but he's going to be rested now and again.
