Bringing Tielemans, Dendonker, Bailey and Ramsey in as your midfield 4 is not weakening us too dramatically. Zaniolo and Duran as 10 and 9 respectively. We do have to use the squad with this being the 3rd game in 6 days, with 3 more over the next 10 after Wednesday.

Agree with his, plus the Brighton game is the early kick-off so it's imperative we rest some of our key players.

I agree.  But this place will implode if we do so and lose.  Against Warsaw lots of us thought it was a good team selection, until it wasn't.

I think it will be trickier  than the league game. They did a job on Brentford and will probably be more solid this time . I still fancy us to to win though.

I'd start both Tielemans and Dendonker for this one, they are both good players and I do not think it hugely weakens us.

I'd also start Bailey, he seems to like playing against Everton.

I would be reticent top fiddle with the defence much, although surely Lenglet can't be that bad twice in a row so maybe give Pau Torres a rest. Definitely no Chambers though!

I wouldn't touch the defence or keeper.

Rotate and still win ideally. We should go pretty strong as this looks winnable.

Fuck the FA Cup off we don't need that as a distraction.

Edited to not seem all Mr. Better Fan, but I do find this attitude perplexing from a Villa supporter.

Let's learn to quote before cracking wise, shall we*.

I knew right after I pressed 'send' that it crossed a line so I changed it up and acknowledged my mistake in the edit. That's called 'knowing without looking'.

Anyway, I do find it odd to sack off the FA Cup. Haven't won it even in my dad's lifetime and it's just one of those things that I thought every Villa fan held to be important.

*Edit: congrats!

It certainly is for me - the holy grail

Maybe its just an age thing and the fact that it has been degraded for years ever since the scum 6 won it with ease each year and all they talked about was Chumps league
