What are you looking into with the current crest regarding its potential longevity versus redesigning what could become our third crest in one year.

And who takes responsibility for the current branding confusion of having two crests running concurrently that are not linked in any way shape or form other than that they were designed for Villa nearly a decade apart.

3rd consecutive year Season Ticket holder Alma aged 4, famed for her memory, when looking at her 2yo sister’s new claret & blue monkey genuinely said unprompted, “but I wanted the round badge”
Granddaughter loves her Villa monkey, there again she 3 weeks old and doesn't have a choice

Could we find out who’s actually running the off field show at the moment? Since Purslow left it all seems a bit faceless, we just get press releases regarding any changes with little or no discussion.

In the email issued before home matches, the club says that programme sellers will take cards/phones. This is not the case. Who carries cash these days?

The pre match ear bashing needs to stop. They do not need to fill the ground with sound right up to kick off.

I got told that no beer was available in the North Stand Upper last night. If this is true, we need an explanation.

Uefa rules.
What's the rules, they were selling it in the Holte, did see a comment from a Hibs support that no alcohol in the trinity either

Definitely on sale in the Lower Trinity.
Certainly was!
I usually get coffee (driving) but the queue was so ridiculously long I would probably have missed the first half....getting a beer took 2 minutes!

There's a meeting soon. What should we be asking about?
Is Aston Villa, off the pitch, value for money? everything is over-priced, match-day experience is now getting to the point where it's too muh money?

also, what is the current ST waiting list? (assuming it's still a large number, and that may answer why the prices are so high, because they can be)

Good question, as much as Purslow was annoying, he was publicly accountable.

Can they name any other business that treats its most loyal customers with such contempt?

I can't remember the last time I carried cash. Even had cards at the arcade the other day where all the tickets you win are stored on it.

I left my seat in lower Holte yesterday as injury time was being announced for the 1st half to order a drink from the touchscreens which I then collected from the bar. I didn’t get back to my seat until the 57th minute of the game.

That’s the worst I’ve seen it since the screens were put in. It didn’t help that a lot of people were drifting downstairs after about 35 mins. Maybe it was because the tie was over but who knows.

I think the current closure of the Holte suite is playing a part as I normally get served fairly quickly using that method. However, the staff were moving at glacial pace and appeared to be pouring every drink to order despite their seeming to be a load of 3/4 poured drinks right next to them. I understand the club want to increase revenue with the Terrace View etc, but they’re leaving a ton of money on the table through the lack of basic service to the regular folk IMO.

we went early because last time it took ages to get served, walk down about 15 minutes before and no one in the queue there, what I did notice is that they had lager already half full in pint glasses,I did wonder how they tell the difference between each brand of lager, although I didn't give a shit as long as they were quick
