If he’s got any sort of calf concern there’s no chance Emi is playing tomorrow. Hopefully it’s really minor, but Olsen is going to have to step up.

We should win this even with Sweden’s no 1 goalie, they win games don’t they? If we lose due to Fred Olsen’s  performance, the window is still open 0:1 me thinks.

7 Bournemouth Lions going up by mini bus. I'm driving on my own from deepest West Wales. Hopefully Emi is fit!. I fear the worst if not. UTV

I think it’s an important game today. We’ve had two weeks for the defence to overcome the loss of Tyrone, so we’ll see how we approach a tricky away game. It will give us more of an indication of how the league season will go after the 1-5 and 4-0.

I think this will be tricky. So I predict a 1-1 draw. I'll be glad when JJ and Moreno are fit. A bit concerning that JJ is still wearing a protective boot. That broken Metatarsal seems a bad one.

I think this is a really tricky game, particularly as Emi will very likely be out. We played pretty much the same team on Sunday and Wednesday, so could fatigue be an issue? You’d hope not this early into the season, but who knows and Burnley have had 2 weeks off.

I like to have a read through the opposition forum before games , to get their take on the match etc.

This thread is a gem though - right up there with the African Car Reverser - clearly not just us that talks nonsense to pass the time :)

I look at Burnley’s back 5 and it does lack top level experience as a unit. I think we’ll win.

I'm not an expert on broken bones but he was expected to be out until mid September, so that's still about 3 weeks away. I don't know how long after boot comes off that he'd be training again?

Their team (last game) has the youngest average age in the league. Our experience should tell. 0-2 to the villa.

They like a high press. They are at home. Their fans will be excited and up for it.

If Martinez is out, then we could have a stinking start if we're not careful.

Not sure why people are thinking this is going to be so difficult. They’re a newly promoted team with quite a few new players who they haven’t had the chance to bed in yet, and they’ve only played once so far so haven’t had any chance to really find their feet. We’ve got a much better team, have got into our groove and have a genius manager.

I thought Wednesday was going to be tougher than it was to be honest which shows how much I know. I watched Burnley a couple of times last season and they do play some good football. We are pretty decent against good footballing sides though. 0-2. Watkins and Luiz.
