I like to have a read through the opposition forum before games , to get their take on the match etc.

This thread is a gem though - right up there with the African Car Reverser - clearly not just us that talks nonsense to pass the time :)

just another standard day in Burnley  ;D

Tinned sliced mushrooms in water ? Why ?
What is wrong with buying them fresh, slicing and preparing them yourself ? Better value and a lot more nutritious.
I suppose it's to be expected in these northern outpost towns stuck in the 1970s. Successive governments have tried to help them become healthier and more sophisticated. A lot of them even started voting Conservative but I guess they will always revert to type.

To be fair he did put in a picture of the fox he was going to feed them to.

Haven't won in our last 5 away games and didn't beat any promoted teams away last season. If we score first then I reckon we'll win, if not it'll be tricky. If Olsen starts then all bets are off.

Is our overall record against newly promoted teams away as bad as I imagine it will be? Seems to be one of those things we've been shite at for a long time.

I do like their dark sense of humour up there. They have a lot of time on their hands so need to fill their days with something
