I don't want to jinx it but I almost wish we could skip ahead to the Liverpool game and see how we get on against a better side now we've burned off that horrible Newcastle performance.

I don’t think the gap between leagues is that stark, Celtic would not get ripped apart by Everton or Sheffield United. (e.g.) Over two legs Burnley needed added time to get past Aberdeen a few years ago.But the gap between the Glasgow teams and the rest of the Scottish premier league is wider than ever before. I mean! Brendon Rodgers left for Leicester, with Celtic on the brink of doing an (utterly ludicrous) treble treble. The gulf we saw tonight is basically two gulfs, the top seven of the premier league and the rest, and the gulf between the top two of the Scottish premier league and the rest.

Love the commentators banging on about how big Villa are. Proper respect
Had a stream with bbc Scotland - commentators did sound a bit like Alex Ferguson.

I thought they were actually pretty good. Well, better than the dross we normally get, certainly refreshing to hear differing opinions and less of the usual predictable biased bilge.
