Former Aston Villa legend Jake Doyle-Hayes on the bench for Hibs.

Is Doyle-Hayes the same Doyle-Hayes who was with us for a few seasons?

Yes
Small world, eh

Quite an attacking line up for an away first leg. Hope we don't get caught out by long balls over the midfield

So Zaniolo's already picked up an injury presumably! Suddenly the squad looks pretty thing with Mings, Buendia, Ramsey, Moreno, Bailey, Coutinho and Zaniolo out injured plus Archer all but gone.

Strong starting line up though, surprised he isn't giving Tielemans a game from the off. He is the one player who can come in without there being a noticeable drop in quality. Judging by the rest of the team, Cash might even consider himself dropped rather than rested.

I thought Emery said earlier that Z would be in the squad

Makes me wonder why not... Please don't say injured in training...

Don’t want to use an appearance until he’s fit if the clause is linked to number of games played.

Probably saving him to crush Burnley players' heads with his bare thighs.

Bailey is playing tonight Olof.  Your point is well made though, we do need players, given Digne is off too. Still no word of Leander Dendonker.

Hibs No 5 is a slippery character...

Perhaps Unai’s keeping Zanny boy for his impact on Sunday, as he’s an unknown quantity to other PL teams.
Possibly wanting Thielemans and Cash to be relatively fresh for that match, as well as returning players.

( Bright sides on demand)

Hibs No 5 is a slippery character...

Their number 7 is talented.

Very pacy & direct.

Could become a problem if we play a high line...

Konsa at right back I presume

How we finished against Everton I would think. 343 in possession with Bailey and Digne on the flanks and Kamara dropping into centre back when out of possession with Pau at left back and Konsa at right back.
We continued with 4 at the back with Konsa RB on Sunday.

That's probably the strongest lineup we could have at the moment. Although as someone pointed out, there's not a whole lot of options available to us, as evidenced by the bench.

Not much to change the game from the bench, Bertie aside if he’s at it, lets hope we don’t need to.
