Just hope the levels don't drop against Burnley on Sunday.

Two goalies called Marshall (sic) ?

Though completely irrelevant, I'm also a Marshall

That explains your love of heavy metal.

I reckon Unai is still upset about the Stevenage loss!! That is a strong line up.

Konsa at right back I presume

How we finished against Everton I would think. 343 in possession with Bailey and Digne on the flanks and Kamara dropping into centre back when out of possession with Pau at left back and Konsa at right back.

True, but still 3 games in a week which tended to result in a drop-off in levels in the 3rd game when it was happening near the end of the last season. Just thought the reason we wanted 2 genuine options per position was so that there could be some rotation.

This. Seems like it’d be pretty attacking - also with one eye on all the teams we’ll be facing later who’ll field a deep defensive block

That first XI is stronger than I thought it would be.

Is Doyle-Hayes the same Doyle-Hayes who was with us for a few seasons?

The bench shows how we are weakened with the injuries and the kids leaving.  Really hope Monchi has a plan as I don’t think Unai had a lot of choice but to pick that side

I thought Emery said earlier that Z would be in the squad
