Yes, the Bailey/Diaby link up looked very promising, if Diaby unlocks Bailey's potential that would be a right bonus.

Buendia to see red and cost us the game. It's what I saw in the tea-leaves this morning, sadly  :(

Drink coffee.

Can't understand the negativity/pessimism about playing st SJP.

We're a much better team.

We're due a win and it could well happen.

To further my point, I find it impossible to make a prediction ahead of the last pre season freindly where, and hopefully it doesn't happen, a key player (well the keeper really) could pick up a knock. It feels like predicting the Everton game before this one to me.

We will continue and improve on our form at the end of last season.

I think he might play a three of Tielmans, Kamara and Luiz against these, with and Doaby interchangeable either side of Watkins.

Think he’ll want to try and dominate that central area of the pitch.

                             Martinez

Cash.               Konsa.     Mings.           Digne

                         Kamara.   Tielemans
                                     Luiz

                McGinn.                    Diaby

                                    Watkins

Game will suit us down to the ground, them pushing on , us picking them off. I think we will score quite a few .
You don't think they learned anything from the game at VP? - I think it will be a tough, nip-and-tuck sort of game; difficult to forecast.

Like Highbury Feb'96 when away goals did the trick?

9:00am on 13th June the fixtures came out. 9:01 Unai will have started his preparations. Whatever happens you know he will have left no stone unturned and will send a properly coached and prepared team out to win the game. I'm not making any predictions, but even if we don't win it won't be for a lack of effort or preparation on the manager's behalf.

Take a draw any day.  We have an awful record there and can only see a narrow defeat if I am honest.

Really excited by how we've played pre-season, but we've absolutely tore this lot apart the last couple of times we've faced them.

Don't fancy us up there first game of season tbh.... Would probably take a draw, then get on with gathering that huge haul of points, starting against Everton at home.

First goal will be crucial
