Kellyman injured in fruitless slide to stop a throw in 😞

2-1 Moore. Walked round a half asleep home defence and slotted in. Better reflection of the game now

A decent, hard working performance. Crawley put out about half a first team and their experience showed at the crucial moments.

Tim I looked very assured in midfield and looks like he has a future at this level. Ditto Ben Chrisene at left back. As this is an area where we are quite strong it might be advantageous for him to go out on loan again in the January window; I understand he was loaned out to Kilmarnock last season, so something similar again might work

Not sure how much experience he will have got at Kilmarnock given that he did his cruciate up there.

Oh I didn't realise that. He does seem injury prone, he limped off both last night and against Charlton last month.

He got 13 first team games in at Killie, even so

I've pointed this out a few times but little injuries are really common for a while after ACL and PCL (and MCL to a lesser extent) injuries, it's because even with a near perfect recovery it's very rare for the joint to go back to exactly as it was, either because of changes to your gait or simply that as the strength returns the muscles, etc don't come back exactly as they were. I don't think it makes someone injury prone, it's just part of the healing process for most people.

We see the same thing with Mings and Buendia then. I'm already wary with Moreno's torn hamstring and the amount of running he's required to do and how important his acceleration was to him.

Anybody know what the situation is now with Tim Iroegbunam? Is he still injured?

Anyone know if Rory Wilson is too young still for higher team appearances? Only asking as Brighton are obviously blooding Ferguson and without Duran, we have no other really recognised strikers at the 20-21 age level that I'm aware of.
