I'm not sure I see what the problem is there: "Only 10 to 15 per cent of players in the Women's Super League are black."Only 4% of the UK population is black, so that's already a bigger than expected representation?
It says black, not BAME though. In reality, given the lack of Asian players in the league I suspect the difference is tiny anyway. Agree on the management compared to the number of players.
'It shouldn't matter where you come from'In 2021 it was estimated that the proportion of black, Asian and minority players in the WSL was between 10 and 15%.
