Would 6 clubs winning the last 33 trophies be much different in the other big leagues, though? I don't know the answer to this, I just know with the league titles you don't exactly get much variation in Spain, France, or Germany.

I genuinely don't know the answer to that for foreign leagues, but I do know that if you look at FA Cup and League Cup winners particularly, there was a decent variety - until the money from the PL really started rolling in around the turn of the millennium.
There's a bit of a false narrative (Tom Fox, was it?) perpetuated by fans of those clubs and the media that the same handful of clubs have dominated English football since time immemorial, and can reasonably be expected to do so in perpetuity. Like the Old Firm or something.
But it's just not true. Not until relatively recently.
