I see it's suddenly dawned on everyone how unreasonable and extreme in every opinion Dave is. I personally think he's the most dangerous Lib-Dem since Jeremy Thorpe's dealer.

My skin is as thick as that of a rhinoceros, but call me a Lib Dem again and I'll bury you, you c***.

(;))

Haha! Sorry! I have no idea why I thought that. It's simply a fixed idea for me now so get used to it, PADDY ASHDOWN.

He sounds like a nasty bit of work. I bet he doesn't bother with soap, some water and a towel unlike Jezza?

I wonder if there’s any scope to extend his contract. He’s such a critical player for us, and the partnership he and Konsa have produced is top class.

I think it's pretty much a guarantee to happen later this year.

I'm just waiting for someone post that he''s off to Liverpool with Konsa. Seems to be the fashion on here these days.

Since we’ve won the cup we’ve sold half the team.

Pau Torres: “If nothing goes wrong along the way, I think I’ll see out the two years remaining on my contract, & that will mark the end of my time at Aston Villa. What I’d like is for Villarreal not to have to pay anything for me — for me to join as a free agent. It’s the club of my life & I don’t want them to spend money on signing me.”

We’ll have had our moneys worth by then and he talking like a fan….we’d love that if there was an ex Villa talking like that…proper guy!

Bassey for Torres would be an odd choice.

I'm not sure what the connection is with Grealish, other than they both left their boyhood clubs.
