I know he had a knock but I wonder if Torres being a little less present has something to do with Kamara not being in front of him providing that extra bit of security. We’ve been quite good defensively lately but it’s taken away from our attacking intent. Torres gives us that coming forward and having Kamara also provides that extra defensive quality that allows him to do that.

I am still yet to see him in the same room as Sam Altman.

Outstanding again, alongside Ezri and Lindelof.

He was strong in the tackle and air but his playmaking skills were back to their best tonight. Made bits of Forest's half hearted press.

He’s such an essential player for us, we know that with his control of the ball and tempo, however tonight he was also hard and shows his metal. Him and Konsa were wonderful.

Looking at the replay of the first McGinn goal, four players, four touches, and none of it happens without Pau pinging the ball 80 yards straight to the attackers.

It's not the Duran / Bayern goal, but good job lad.

Yep, and won the penalty as well, in addition to being an absolute boss in defence.

What player for us.

Taking over from the Fans Favourite (Ty) is always a hospital pass but brilliant

He is a phenomenal player. The structure of the team works with him. He struggled post injury last year, but he is class.
