there's no date for release yet is there?

We don't even know, officially, that it's adidas.

I think it will all kick off on Monday - New crest, new kit supplier, etc...

The AV150 countdown hits zero at midnight on Sunday.

I know it's just a video game leak, but they're usually accurate.

Mmm, surely they aren't going to give us a shirt without blue sleeves for our 1st ever Adidas shirt?

Having worked on football games in the past (*the ill-fated Aston Villa Club Football from Codemasters being one of them!), I can vouch that they wouldn't have made this stuff up. The dev team would be under extremely tight pressure to get all kits, badges, player heads, etc updated prior to launch in September, and they wouldn't waste time manufacturing fake strips - They'd leave the old one in as a placeholder until the clubs give them the new designs.

Sadly, if this is a legit leak, I'd say I'm 90% sure this is real. Whilst I like the odd break from tradition, no blue sleeves on our 150th anniversary kit is sacrilege of the highest order.

One caveat - It could be just a fan hacking the game with custom textures. Guess we'll find out soon enough.

Oh crap. I hope you are wrong.

If not, then serious questions need asking.

According to Historical Football Kits' timeline, we didn't have claret body with blue sleeves until 1890?

So maybe they are doing a nod to our first ever claret shirt, which was all claret in 1880?

That's a reddit article, that says it was spotted on facebook, that has Tiktok images, of a kit nobody has seen, that isn't on the Zounna account page. Hmmm
