If those rumours are true, a shame, but move on to the next target.

If he would rather go to the Saudi's then his sole motivation is money, and it's best that we know that now.

I’d imagine players agents will be using the Saudi Pro league as a new way to bump up contract offers.

Apparently Jeremy Doku a backup according to the twitter guy - looks like we're definitely looking at tricky fast wingers. If Diaby wants to be stinking rich then fine - until the Saudis came along it's what coming to the premier league was like to all other european footy countries as we paid the highest wages en masse. I do hope we get a few in in the next couple of weeks.

According to Romano earlier he said yes to us before the fee was agreed. I would hope, and I accept I might be being naive, that his word was good and we just needed to hammer out a deal with his club. Let’s see that indeed is the case.

That's my take on it atm.

The reports I was referring to probably aren't from reliable sources, just in case that needed clarification. Just a lot of differing stories doing the rounds today.

If Diaby at the age of 24 can't pick between Premier League and ****** Super League than he is not the right man for us.

Monchi has gone for Isco apparently.
I initially assumed that meant he was looking at signing him, but no, Isco's claiming that he attacked him. Looks like we might have a bit of a livewire on our hands. If true etc. and so forth.

Telegraph reporting that Nakamba to Luton will be a done deal within the next few days. As noted he wasn't in any of the preseason pics/vids and we apparently had no plans to reintegrate him with the squad.

I imagine Leverkusen would be a bit pissed off too since he told them that he wanted to play in the Premier League.

I'm pretty sure I read that they don't actually want to sell him, which is a worry simply because if the player demands a move, it would be understandable if they just held on for as big a bid as possible, wherever it comes from.

25 days to go and I am getting a bit impatient.

Give us something, Villa!

If a young player is only interested in the money then we're better off without.

We can all access twitter I want you to know so it's a good idea to only post reliable sources so we don't get our hopes up or have them dashed.
