Do VT still do that red text thing and talk about 'posting for effect' all the time?

It annoys me when we go off topic sometimes when I am looking for News .  However I love you lefty baldy middle-aged  loonies

It only veers off when there's literally nothing happening. As soon as it does there are pages devoted to whoever.

So Diaby and Bailey played together for 2 seasons, both racking up 50 - 60 appearances each over those 2 seasons, anyone know how that worked? Did they always just sub for each other? Need some German football expert here.

Diaby played more as a central striker, Bailey stayed out wide.

Cheers SHQ. Bit of versatility then, makes sense.

Someone is going to check the site for the first time today some time soon and see this thread and think "Fucking hell! Another five pages! We must be close to signing someone" and then actually look at this, and see it was originally an argument about use of the word "United" which then turned into a secondary long discussion about drifting off topic.

Marvellous.

Serves them right for not looking at the site for hours and hours.

Diaby getting closer apparently. The only thing I know is that his pace is 94 on Fifa 23 as my lad was playing as Leverkusen the other day. Mark Wood rapid that.

What's the source Ads?

The red text, yes, haven't noticed any mentions of PFE though. They will not tolerate even the slightest deviation from a topic in the main Villa area though, and that's why I hardly ever post there any more. Every topic has to have a label, and if you so much as mention something that isn't to do with it then out comes the red text and warnings. The Off Topic area isn't quite as bad, but I prefer it here in any case. When you post regularly you get to know most people and their personalities, and when you don't it's not as enjoyable. The forum software they use I quite like though (apart from the embedded tweets). You can mention somebody eg @pauliewalnuts and they'll get a notification that you've mentioned them.

Well, the last few pages have cheered me up no end. AV84, don’t take it to heart, you’ve been a really good new poster until that fuck up. :-)
It’s mainly tongue in cheek really but it does wind me up with the ‘United’ thing too, fucking arrogant bastards who think they’re the only one. Fuck em. It’s like giving them too much respect.
As for Villa Talk, you’re not missing much if they won’t let you join. Fuck them an all.

That would be good news, looking at the compilation clips he looks seriously quick.

Yeah, the whole conversation with the idiot made me realise it wasn't going to be my thing. It reminded me of the old days of IRC when power-mad ops would completely ruin channels.

I totally forgot VT existed so I just had a quick look. It's horrendous and extremely slow. I like how it tells you what the thread is about. For example, under Tyrone Mings, it says 'player'. Weird.
