Well Forest fans are worried about us signing him and £50m seems the consensus
Who is there better than him we could realistically sign?

I’d rather have Chukwueze, and apparently Milan just put thru a €35m bid. I have no idea how that works because they’re trying to get Chelsea down to 15m from 25 for Pulisic, and I could’ve sworn Chukwueze had a release clause closer to 80m.

Pulisic is reported to be available for £20m. We should be all over that.

He may have only one PL season under his belt but that was an impressive debut season for a 22-year old, in a side that struggled for much of the season. Plenty of time and potential for him to develop and probably suits Emery's tactics very well in that striker come right winger role.

If nobody wants to pay his release clause, and he still wants to go, he can force it through, realisticaly.

Release clause isn't an automatic price or valuation, it's a price at which they're forced to sell.

£50m sounds the optimum they’ll get this summer. More like £35m plus £10m conditional based on what he achieves.

If that’s their final valuation then they can have the £15m Davis as part exchange.

Pulisic one side, Barnes the other, that would do for me.

They need a centre half, we could throw in £25m Chambers if they want.

For me we need 2 wide forwards this summer. Johnson and Barnes would be 2 very decent signings for where we are. Realistically our wide options are nowhere near good enough, or consistent enough. Ramsey is our best winger as he consistently has an output when played there. The rest flatter to deceive too often.

Definitely cheaper but would he chip in with sufficient goals?

He seems that wants to go to AC Milan. I think with a lot of these players with low release clauses they will have the pick of  any number of clubs and are in a great position to determine their own path.

Two very decent players who will get better under Unai too.  They chip in with goals and are quick.  They already have Premier League experience.  They might not be the sexy foreigner names but would be very sensible signings if we can get them for a reasonable fee.  If we could do some exchanges with the likes of Chambers, Hause too.

I try to see as little of Chelsea as possible, but whenever I've seen Pulisic he's struck me as an extremely shit player.
