Barnes in advanced talks with West Ham.
Disappointing if true. Would have loved him at Villa.

I was reading one of their forums before their Euro Final and they seemed to have an inside line that he was going there.

I'm not sure we'll be doing too much shopping in the UK this window, currently all the people involved with purchases are fairly new the UK and will probably be spending the big money abroad?

Kinda wished I'd gone to see Depeche Mode at Twickenham now. Only really know the hitz but I'm sure they put on a show.

It was fantastic, my other half is much the same but she said it's the best gig she's ever been to

We found out when we landed on Saturday that our friends had got us tickets to it, but didn’t tell us because they’d got our return date wrong. I was delighted not to have gone, but Mrs SE was gutted because she loves them, and would’ve changed our flights. I’m enjoying that effing silence.

That would likely affect Benrahma more, but it would be nice if Bowen came our way as a result.

Jarrod would be a much more consistent upgrade on Leon. Unlikely though, he's immortal there now he's scored a last-gasp Cup winning goal.

I like to think that Barnes would have come to us IF we where interested in making that happen.

Seen them loads of time and love them, but was at the Edgbaston Test the day they played Twickenham. I’m hoping for a winter arena tour.

I would throw the cheque book at spam for Bowen. He would be perfect for our needs.

Steady on, plus he's not handsome enough for our team.

Depeche Mode when they were still a four piece were the best live band I have seen. NEC Arena November 1990.

Depeche Mode can't hold a candle to S Club 7.

Not sure we need another left back, but everything counts I suppose.
