Surprised that Orkun Kokcu has gone to Benfica. Thought us or one of the top end Premier League sides would be signing him.

I don't yet know how Monchi is pronounced, so I'm going to assume it sounds similar to Monkey...

The nature of Monchi was IRREPRESSIBLE!

Kylian Mbappe might be available.

Refusing to sign a new contract.

He isn't Basque. He is from the South of the South of Spain. I would go for Monchy

They moved quickly and smartly. They only paid €25m which is roughly £21.5m, not a bad bit of business, the barstewards.

Kante to Saudi is done.  £100m a year.  He'll have earnt about £18m before the season even starts.  Probably tax free I'd guess?

Is there one player who is currently relevant to have gone there? I know there are some names but many are players who are past their best not entering their prime. For the players, taking the moral dilemma aside, in their 30’s at the tail end of what has been an excellent career, why not accept the ludicrous amount of money? Often 10x or more than what they would get elsewhere.

Deal worth £100m wages, but doesn't say how many years? Can't be £100m for 1 year surely?
