There has been talk of Oxlade-Chamberlin coming in on a free.
There were 3 Prem Clubs interested which are Newcastle, Brighton and ourselves.

Are you going to repeat every single made up transfer rumour you find on the internet until the end of August?
I fkin hope not.

It's not impossible though is it
Lots of people mention the rumours and give own speculation.
I'm just one of many posters who do that and wanted to share these for debate

There’s putting sensible things up for debate and there’s just posting stuff which is just baseless rumour and horseshit ie anything Football Insider post or do. I’d suggest you learn to distinguish between the two and try and have an edit function or people are going to be getting tired of “debate” pretty quickly FV.

Have you read the thread title ?
It includes hopes and rumours not baseless rumours, just rumours

Footy is entitled to put baseless rumours on here as they still count as rumours as Is anyone else

The chain has to keep going it don’t stop until we realise our dreams

Those are my favourite sort of signings. Players I've never heard of, then look them up on Wikipedia and Transfermarkt and decide that actually they're brilliant and we're definitely going to win the FA Cup this year.

One thing that gets on my tits in terms of the transfers of youngsters is when they're labelled 'the next Ronaldo' or 'Messi' etc. The kid has scored 10 goals in the Dutch league and is being hyped as the next best player of a generation. He's just scored some good goals, have a better imagination. You never hear 'he's the next Marlon Harewood' for a lad who.has a 1 in 6 record.

That's me doing the 'old man yelling at a cloud' meme, anyway.

Dream signing from me (though we’ve got no chance) is Kvaratskhelia from Napoli. Would also take a punt on Patrick Schick.

Would love us to sign Toney (but I wouldn’t bet on it).

More realistic ones I could see happening are:
Giovani Lo Celso, Guendouzi, Kang the Conqueror.

I reckon that squad will have enough depth for us to navigate the challenges of making Europe. Should put some of us at ease.

As it happens Villarreal were on the TV after the Leicester game, they beat Bilbao 5.1, stand out player was Alex Beuna, very slight but very lively, might though have the same physical struggles as Buendia has had. Chukwezi looked a little raw but frighteningly quick. Lo Selso neat and tidy with out looking too much better than what we have, Pau Torres I didn’t really notice although that might be a good thing. Williams looked to make some smart runs between CB and full back but without much result.

Chukwueze is the one for me. I reckon he'd take to the Premier League like a duck to water.
