I couldn't imagine Traore playing right back. It's an interesting idea but no, I can't see it.

It's interesting, in the same way as 'would a sheep make a good gas engineer', type of interesting

If it came out to fix your boiler it would fleece you.

Traore has played as a wingback before so not as outlandish as it sounds. Still don't want him back though.

I'll be glad when JJ is fit plus Moreno. Those two add a lot of power to the attack. Moreno is so good with those bursts down the left.

a quality Nr 9 is a priority. Hopefully Emery can see that now

Adama has to be one of the most over rated players in the history of the Premier League….he is not a player you can trust at either end of the pitch - part of their incompetence as a PL club was not selling him when clubs were talking 30m+

Sure if clubs were willing to pay £30m then why would we have sold him. £30m is a lot of money today let alone back then suggests he was one of our best players. He came into a shit situation, struggled like everyone else. Got injured in the cup (I believe) and never properly recovered. He could have been more but too many managers just used him for his pace and didn’t develop him. And that probably was in him also.

Can’t see there being any substance in the Adama rumours, more likely we sign the Spanish player with the unfortunate name to compete with Cash.

Slightly disturbed at the prospect of Olsen staying on, wrong type of no.2. Suspect Emery is a better judge than me though, must be fine in training or Martinez has superhuman fitness levels.

Yeh, stupid of me. Don’t know why I thought that. I know he was a highly rated player coming to us when we got him.

Adama Traore played RWB at Wolves for a time.

The problem with him is he is incredible at dribbling, has ridiculous speed, & is a greased up Greek god.

And while those assets to his game are very impressive, they are his only assets.

He is basically as good as I am at everything else...

Should we get him, even on a free?

No.

We have moved on from that...

maybe slightly controversial but on a FREE i'd take A Traore back 100%, he would be a useful tactical instrument over a 50+ game season

Traore is a circus act.
I can’t believe for one second that he is the type that Unai would want, free or not.

Maybe, but I bet if you pulled it up on it, it'd look a bit sheepish.
