Sanson on his way according to  Emery’s post match

Such a let down really, huge hype after his signing..Clearly has plenty of ability but maybe the intensity of PL football was too much for him. Was never going to fit into Emery's midfield four setup so best for all parties that he moves on.

Berson Mk II

Liked the look of both of them, but several managers though otherwise. Onwards and upwards.

Am I the first to suggest that Doku sounds like a player you could Count on..?

Yes, him and Jedi-nak would have been a force

Surprised we've not gone in for Lukeskyle Walker.

I think we have just been priced out of the market for Mbappe.

We've already got Lucas Digne.

Two players linked who are on frees but we're not signing are:
Wilf Zaha is going to Galatasaray
Steven Gerrard's Al  Ettifaq are taking striker Moussa Dembélé

And Mbappe

£259m! Bloody hell. In '96, I thought £15m was a lot for Shearer.

Hopefully he waits a year and goes to Madrid on a free.

It’s beyond obnoxious. I suppose we’ve said that before. But if Real Madrid can’t buy him now why does the transfer fee and salary need to be those specific numbers and that high? PSG can’t/won’t pay it. There seems to such a lack of transparency right now with how the Saudi’s are doing business or the manner of it. What’s the benefit to them in football terms of buying him for one year and paying that salary?

He could get splinters and still make £100m over the next year without even going to Saudi.

Hopefully not….we don’t want him in the Madrid team when we play them in Champs League 24/25 lol

They're not offering that much money for just one year of his life though, are they? Presumably he'd be on a multi year contract and won't be playing for Madrid any time soon.
