Mings, McGinn and Cash having great games, Ramsey getting more involved, likewise Moreno. Emi B and Watkins both really poor. We really need to take advantage of being on top and be more clinical. The pen decision was a joke, the only reason I can see for not giving it is the keeper would have easily caught it. I can only think they make the rules up as they go along. Shocking decision.

VAR was introduced to HELP the on field officials make better and more accurate decisions. Their job wasn’t initially introduced to make decisions. It was to suggest to the match ref, hey take a closer look at this. It has completed failed in that regard. This was a clear example of where the on field officials missed it and the ref would have given the penalty upon his review. Absolute shit

Since when was that a thing? It doesn't matter if the ball's going nowhere near the goal.

Buendia has been disappointing so far, needs to up it big time. We are getting a little casual at times, hopefully get the second shortly and finish them.

You cant not give a pently because you think the keeper would have saved it.  Thats like not giving us a free kick cos we'll only waste it

It'll be interesting to see how the ref's try and worm out of this one, unbelievable decision even by their appalling standards.

Even Mario Melchiot, a former defender, helping present the PL show says it was a penalty

Hit his thigh according to the Guardian. Must've been another clip they saw. Astounding.
