I'm going to Chelsea v Villa through a contact. I always find their ground very small and I think it isn't fit for Champions League. Villa Park is far superior.

Enjoy the game (and London). Just don't do one of those vlogs. ;)

Forced to drive up from London due to the train strike. I've pre-booked a parking space at Y-International in Priory Road. Anyone else done that? And if so, to get in is it simply on number plate recognition? Or do we key in other info. Much appreciated if someone knows.

I bet a Saudi Street thief would not miss 3 games due to a hand injury....just how bad can the Donks, self inflicted domestic injury so we are told,  can it be?

I reckon  footy should be given his own thread.

I'd just like a nice comfortable win where we control the game from start to finish and there are no twitchy bum moments. Pretty please.

I'm going for an early Villa goal and finishing 3-0.

I dream of the same. It will be a tough game but we need to start raising our game especially at Villa Park.

At least we'd know which one to avoid.

Straightforward? Routine? A foregone conclusion? Nah, not a bit of it.
But we should have enough of course,  given how we've looked lately, I expect that our discipline amd control will see us prevail.

2-0

Every time I'm fairly confident of an enjoyable win, we lose.

They will be dispatched with aplomb.

Can't be doing with these south coast upstarts taking diabolical liberties at our gaffe. Off to Division Two with them.

If Chelsea lose 0-1 to Everton and we win 8-0 today then we go into 10th place. FTF!

They're only 2 points above us. Although both scores would be welcome, we only need to win today to go 10th. Chelsea have a late kick off, so although our meteoric rise could be short lived, it could still be progress!
