Am I the only one who hasn't received any points from games attended this season? Or is this a common issue?

The club doesn't seem to want to reply to me on this, having contacted them multiple times via rewards@avfc.co.uk

The first team have had less points than expected so maybe you are onto something.

I've certainly been awarded points for attending games. I think I might even have been 'credited' for the game when the system operating the turnstiles crashed and I was waved through like hundreds of others.

Though I'm never really sure they are worth much. I tend to 'spend' them on prize draws or ballots for away tickets. UTV

The non-delivery of points is something we excel at.

It should be our motto. In Latin, "nulla puncta" or whatever it is.

Partus punctorum non-est aliquid excellere.

All mine seem to have gone on OK. For what it's worth, I'd entirely forgotten about them to be honest.
