Utterly cheated by the worthless cheating ****ing ****s officiating today.

Villa cheating every time they got tackled got them the three points despite being by far the worst team we’ve seen at St Mary’s this season.

 Utter ****ing scandal.

I’d have been pissed off if we’d scored a goal and it was chalked off like theirs was - so hilarious!

If a goal is chalked off, does a players yellow for "complaining" to the ref about said goal not get chalked off?

The commentator on my feed said it stands. I’m not sure.

The 2nd half one? A clear foul, possibly not meant but still a foul. A travesty if that was allowed with VAR in operation.

19 points from 9 games since Stevie pissed off - 16 in 7 since Emery took over.

I am fucking loving it - 3 away wins on the bounce.

My eyesight has deteriorated over the years but Stevie Wonder would see that is a clear foul - ACL stamp. Even Danny Murphy thought so.

One of the responses from that Saints site. They seem completely oblivious to the fact that there were a couple of Villa pens that could have been. Certainly one of them. They whine about Watkins being offside, despite not being. And they all happily ignore the fact that their player not only pushed Ramsey, he also kicked the back of his ankle... Talk about being one eyed, lol...

To be fair I reckon all forums are the same, full of one eyed twats. I read the rest of that thread and I am baffled by why they think Watkins was offside when he clearly wasn't. Every team in the country has fans that say 'the refs are always against us' and I always eye roll. I bet there are fucking Man City fans that even say it. I think some refs are weak but I don't think there are conspiracies.

I agree with 'the ref's have got it in for us' is conspiracy nonsense.

But not many teams get the Rashford not offside decision.

If the player was booked for the foul then yes. If they were booked for arguing (like Luiz) then no.

One thing that really grinds my gears is when defenders celebrate (with the fans) a tackle like it’s a goal. One of the Southampton defenders did it today and I noticed it at the World Cup too.  No.

Sometimes they are just as important as goals….when I played and intercepted a ball it was like scoring a hat trick for me….
