that's a total lack of winning mentality. Switching off, twice, at the end is unforgiveable.

But that's the problem isn't it. They didn't play particularly well. We handed it to them on a plate as we always do against lower league opponents each and every year. The manager, like so many premier league managers, talks about desperately trying to win this competition then fields a reserve team against opponents who are always going to be up for it.

What a load of freeloading nonsense to turn out for The Villa. Playing at walking pace, happy with 1-0 and then to switch off completely within 5 minutes of winning.

Dog dirt. We will need to concentrate on staying up now. That will have rattled psyche of this already very brittle team. Big performance needed against Leeds.....
