I wish Sanson had been treated better. There’s a great player there.

While I hope I’m wrong, I get the impression this is a shop window game for Sanson rather than a way to get back into our first team plans

Stevenage defenders all drawn towards the ball marking the "clump" of Villa players leaving space in the box for Sanson.

What a strike from Norris.

Cash is miles off it, Young would be a good half time sub.

Agree with Sanson comments - best player on the pitch so far.

Bailey - needs to be sold, will never be consistently good enough

I am beginning to want Bailey to cry more often. Bloody rubbish so far.

He needs a run in the side. Which I don’t think he’ll get. But at least he’s giving it a go today. I like him. Just odd how no manager seems to want to play him, and some have stuck with McGinn after having the worst form of his life.

What on earth has been going on behind the scenes for Sanson to have been ignored so often? Maybe he’s not a shoe in for the first team every game, but equally he’s not that bad that he should’ve been left out for so long. It’s just … odd
