Need to do something as generally I wouldn't trust us to hold out and defend with 20 odd minutes still to go.

No one in this thread would be saying that wasn't a penalty if Dunk had connected with McGinn in that way.

That's the issue with having so few attacking players on the pitch now, our guys are taking 2-3 touches in our own box because it's just Ings on halfway line to hit up to.

Bailey coming on, he is going to be needed in last 20 minutes just for some counter attacks.

I would.

Clear pen I'm afraid.

We need to stop p***ing around at the back and actually clear the ball first time.

Lucky to get away from that.

Nah, can't give a penalty for that, remember March is the one making the tackle.

Amazed they haven't taken March off, he's offered so little down their right. Especially with Tariq Lampety on their bench. I'd be happy for us to sign him.

I have checked with my ultra scrutinising technology (eyes) and can confirm it was never a penalty.

Digne played the ball. Not like he meant to, but his touch still played the ball in the opposite direction to southern stripey. Not a penalty.

We had a penalty cancelled against these a year or so back that was far clearer than that and it was completley incomparable with the pen we got today.

Never a penalty. Pundits only say it’s a penalty if there’s contact when it suits their agenda. Digne did make contact but it wasn’t a foul.

Considering we have everyone behind the ball, they're still passing through us.

De Bruyne got one just last week for hardly any contact, I'm amazed they didn't suggest to ref to go to the monitor given Digne kicked through March to eventually clear the ball.

We got away with one there.

We’re playing in a 631 formation. That’s a new one on me.
