Looks like we're using offside a lot more now.

For all our much better play since their goal, it still looks like we might gift them another goal from our trying to play it out from the back, which we seem unable to do.

Konsa and Mings continue to play like Laurel and Hardy. Be nice if we could be good at both ends at the same time, like last Sunday.

Ming’s in a nutshell.  Wins the ball well, bad touch, stupid foul.

Must be at the direction of Emery.

That penalty came from another superb bit of vision from Emi and McGinn advancing into a position we’ve seen him for a while. That’s encouraging. But he still gives it away too much in possession in the middle.

Bit unlucky there Tyrone. And if you're going to book him, Dunk deserved a yellow, too.

We’re not good enough to be doing this play out from the back business.

Absolutely. BOOT THE FUCKER AWAY!

That's a terrible decision to give a yellow card, it's probably just about a foul but nothing more than that.

Against Man U, it was all these little unenforced errors, like that from Mings to get booked, which totally handed over momentum and control of the game to them. I wish we could stay composed and just keep it simple where required.

Emery is clearly used to having slightly more cultured defenders at his disposal.

Commentators seem to think it's a management decision.
