Their fans, who mostly seem to be from Africa on various social media platforms, are ripping into Ten Hag and Ronaldo. It’s a joy to read.

Try not to laugh..

Every single one of them strikes me as a massive ******.

What was the thing with Mings and Ronaldo? I was watching the guy about to take the corner so only noticed the wrestling and didn't see how it stated.

Our oldest grandson is on his way home from a trip to the Cern Hadron Collider, he's eighteen today and to think he's never seen the Villa beat Manure at Villa Park, he'll be as happy as a clam.

Was he there to learn more about the McGrath Particle?

Ha ha brilliant.

Just as Man U fans are pathetic losers in life who have to pick a winning team to justify their tedious existence, so these YouTube fans are sad, lonely, arseholes who are desperate for attention. I'm just surprised that every Man U fan doesn't do it.

The only blemish on a fantastic afternoon was the sight of middle age men wearing half and half scarves. Isn't it time for a banning order?

Yup also noted that, on most occasions wrapped around the neck of a gurning moron taking video footage of everything that moves, or doesn’t. I get these fuckers are a necessary evil if we want to compete at the top table but we should never cease looking down our noses at the tourist fuckers.

Don’t normally do this but it’s the perfect sunny morning to whack on the Villa shirt, walk up the street for my coffee and arrogantly swan about waiting for some plastic to spot me on their way to work, miserable on a Monday morning. Quite a few of them around, I know they’re out there. Ton of swagger with the shirt this morning.

One of many things that get on my wick about modern life. A special mention for the proliferation of people who think they are experts on tactics all of a sudden because they've got an ipad with players' names on. Fuck off.

It was superb from start to finish. The movement was sublime, we had players actually running into spaces off the ball!

The moment that best summed up the Emery effect for me was when, late on and defending a two goal lead against a so-called big team, Konsa calmly waltzed forward to provide an out ball for Sanson (I think) and ended up putting the ball into their box and winning a corner.

He must have been told to do stuff like that, he wouldn't just take it upon himself. Emery obviously said that if the space presents itself, use it and trust your teammates to cover for you.

That's what a proper coach does.

Thanks cd.

Could have genuinely been lining things up, but given that it was Emi, I’m leaning towards shithousery.
Could it have been something McPhee cooked up?

My eldest cousin in Dublin named his 7th child Eric born about the time of the 1995 game.
No word of a lie. Like you would your cat.

I haven't seen him since
