I would be a lot a happier if it was 2-0 at half time. But it’ll be a challenge for Emery to keep theirs heads up now.

We do look exciting on the break. More goals to come for sure.

We really need to step this up if we’re going to get anything out of this game. Giving them much too much space now.

Need to get Kamara on if he can manage 30 minutes.

There is no way Emery is going to be as slow as last two managers with subs given his reputation and experience.

Ings would be getting on end of some of these moves so that's another one to consider.

There was a United player clearly offside when the ball crossed across to Shaw.
Two of them. Was wondering why this wasn't picked up?

One of which made Emi not come for the cross. Shit like that annoys me with the whole interfering with play bullocks

El mastero

Is this some 'amusing' attempt to anglicise Spanish?

I hate this fixture.

Let's go out second half and smash these fuckers, Villa.

Young for Buendia with Ramsey more central wouldn't be a bad shout to help Cash

I noticed that but think it just goes down as another phase of play given we sort of did clear the ball away.

Started so well. United began taking over in ending stages of the half, put pressure on us. Could see Unias influence in the beginning but too much to expect that we would be totally turned around after four days.

Yeah, that ugly twat on their left has given him problems.

I’d change Buendia at half time, he’s very weak and sloppy.

Maybe we could give Sanson a go there, although I think Buendia has been pretty good, playing on the half-turn.

Giving away posession with too many sloppy passes. 5-6 attacks have broken down by him having no composure when he has time to get his head up.

Indeed. And most, or none, of those passes were even adventurous - just careless and imprecise.

We've worked really hard so hopefully we use all 5 subs to keep up the energy levels. I can't see Digne making the full 90 so he's 1 of the subs but the other 4 would be adding fresh legs in the middle and up front.
