Is it a fan vote? Pointless when the clubs with the most fans can control it. Giving it to Carrick would be embarassing. His record is good  but it's a similar sample size to our 12 wins out of 13 games and I don't see Unai listed for that.

Please, please, please let Carrick win this. They appoint him on a massive 5 year contract, then it's rinse and repeat for them next season when he has to handle 50+ games and no new manager bounce - the longer Manure are in turmoil the better.
