If we win the Europa and finish top 4 does that make this man our 2nd best manager ever?
One of the most, definitely.

George Ramsay (if you count him as a manager)
Ron Saunders/Tony Barton

That’s about it.

I am going to wait for him outside tamatanga as I know that's where he has lunch on his days off.

If they sold tangas there, I'd be hanging around outside as well.

It is probably one of the most true things they have stated. There is no way those clubs wouldn't be sniffing around a manager like Emery. It is also true that they won't get him.

He's on their radar, but it's as a footballing, intercontinental ballistic missile cominmg to destroy their hopes and dreams.

Possibly but Ron Atkinson got us to second place and won a trophy.

The cards weren't stacked against us so dramatically back then, though.

That was my first proper year of going to VP regularly. What a rollercoaster it’s been since.

Hope he's enjoying his day off. Finally getting a personal tour of Cadbury World that they've been badgering him with emails about since 2024, no doubt.

When we win a trophy, finish top 4 and qualify for CL, an incredible achievement, will this increase his desire to continue to take us to new heights?

I hope this season enthuses him so much he becomes even more fanatical about taking us even further.

Love him, best manager, we’ve had blah blah blah. However, he got it wrong today, not only with the starting lineup, but also the subs and when they were made.

Yep he’s the master, but got it wrong in setting up the game and then leaving it too late to respond. Hopefully he’s got it out of his system.

When you look at his win ratio it's strange he hasn't got us to a cup final. Gregory, O'Neil, Smith, even Sherwood managed it.
