Up to 22nd in the Uefa club rankings moving above Juve, Fiorentina, PSV and a few others. Which is impressive as many clubs have 5 seasons in Europe on their points while we only have 3.

If, and it's a big if, we carry on for the next 2 seasons we could be in the top 10 with 5 seasons on our total.

Sixth in the provisional 2029/30 rankings (counting only this season), eighth in 2028/29 rankings (counting last two) and ninth in 2027/28 rankings (counting last three).

I did some quick stuff on averages a couple of weeks ago, because I'm boring like that, and had us seventh in two years if we qualify this season and next.

Edit: Just checked cd's link and can see I both wasted my time and got it wrong.

Yeah, that's how CD often makes me feel.

Win the return next week and we go above ManYew in those rankings as well.

From Miguel Delaney:

An informal approach was made to Fulham over Marco Silva, who now feels like he has been a potential Tottenham manager for so long that it’s just one of those things that is never going to happen. No deal could be struck. The possibility remains that Silva actually commits longer to Fulham.

I have similarly been told that Spurs did investigate whether Unai Emery was possible. But Aston Villa just wouldn’t countenance letting him go, and the Basque would also have designs on returning to one of the absolute top-tier jobs were he ever to leave Villa Park.

You have to hand it to any club that's as mental as its Twitter fanbase.

Funny as the first he'd probably do his sack him again.
