I believe it was their entitled fan base who ridiculed him at every opportunity. As bad as our defence is there’s not a chance in hell I’d even remotely think about Emery not being our manager.

Our business with Chelsea and Everton last summer was centered around PSR, I wouldn't have too much faith in any of those reported fees. I think it would be fair to say we need more impact from both those players in the second half of the season. Very little unfortunately from the return of Ramsey, Mings and Buendia either, should have been like three new signings.
