Time to get serious in Jan - get rid of Bailey and McGinn and get in a RB, WInger and Forward 👍

Get rid of Bailey, fucking hell. One of our absolute best last season, going through a tricky time, but yeah let’s fuck him off.

And the season before? And this season?

Bailey has gone to shit since Diaby kept him on his toes!

So? He’s struggling this season, but you literally saw how good he can be last season. Not every time a player goes through a rough period is the answer to say they’re finished or should go.

I’ve seen it from a few on here lately. Chipping away at Emery bit by bit.
Our first wobble since he’s come here and there are people ready to pounce. Embarrassing!!!!

I think one thing it is fair to say is that he’s been more miss than hit during his time with us. The funny thing about last season was that he wasn’t a regular starter until mid way through. And he really made a difference.

I suspect with his new contract he’s probably one of our highest earners and the debate is that given his consistent inconsistencies, is he worth that level of investment.

No criticism of Emery just what I'd expect him to do next in order to make AVFC better 👍

Emery will turn it around, hopefully this season. If not this season then it's imperative to bounce back next season. We will though I'm sure of that.

The worry is though if we finish 8th as a example,  i can see alot of our better players maybe wanting out now they had a sniff for CL if a good offer came in for them.

How long do we give him? He's literally been shit for all of this season, and a fair few weeks of last season. We can't go on playing with ten men, there's a good chance we'll be 10th in the league by the end of tomorrow.

When troubles come, they come not in single spies but in battalions.

Well on the basis he was exceptionally good last season I’d give him as much time as possible. I’m not convinced he’s fit and the biggest mistake was getting rid of Diaby and thinking Philogene could fill the gap.
