Hang on where’s Steve Bruce?

It's 8.30pm so most likely in a kebab shop.

There has been some discussion over O'Neil's methods, and it seems to me that the present methods utilised by Emery are mostly centred on football intelligence, which involves learning and applying instructions, that means being a committed professional, and being able to remain composed, concentrate, and maintain consistency.

The best coaching manager in the league and he's ours!
El Maestro!
"We are building our mentality, We were progressively getting better, being responsible and mature. There’s still work to do because we need to keep control of emotions when we are under pressure and are struggling in some moments. The maturity of the players is getting better"

Emery has picked his team for tonight.
The players he has available and who to trust.

There is a demand to meet his requests and all of our expectations it is the players' responsibility to follow the plan and instructions. However, if it isn't working, it is also the selected players' responsibility to find solutions to overcome this diifficult circumstance and use the atmosphere and maybe hostile environment positively for energy .

The aim is to turn around a deficit. The players are good enough.
And this is a great way to gauge the players' progress and their ability to perform under pressure

The talent and quality both in Emery methods of coaching and the players is all there and we can hope that they can execute what Emery wants and that the refereeing is fair.

Lets go Emery!

I think it's frustrating for Emery because he knows what it takes to win a European trophy so certainly give him no blame on the conference league matches.
