Its a strange measure though

After 2 games if a manager has won both it is 100% - the length of time effects the scale rather than the outcome?

He seems to be averaging around 2 points per game too.

Unai Emery is the only manager in Aston Villa history to have won the majority of his matches. His win rate at the club is a staggering 58% whilst the next best is the legendary George Ramsay with 49.6%. 👏

 The following advert was placed in the Birmingham Daily Gazette newspaper in June 1886:

'Wanted: manager for Aston Villa Football Club, who will be required to devote his whole time under direction of the committee. Salary £100 per annum. Applications with reference must be made not later than June 23rd to Chairman of the Committee, Aston Villa Club House, 6 Witton Road, Aston'

Aaron Danks ran at 50% with a 0 goal difference.

I've seen it several times in older books and it's usually used in the same way as etc would be, especially when signing off a letter.
