Still waiting to find out where to send my money for the statue.

How much does gold leaf cost?

Pfffft gold leaf? Solid 24 carat.
I'm up for that!

Well apart from the 3 at Burnley.

Well, yes. And that should have been by more. Point remains that before Spurs away we had mostly struggled to score away from home.
I think you're struggling with that point ;)

Unai's breaking a few hoodoos. We're almost always shit at Wolves, Bournemouth and Brentford. Historically we've not done too well at Spurs of Chelsea either. That's 11 points away from home from those 5 games for the team that is supposedly poor away from home.
Every time I feel like the rug is about to get pulled or I worry about an upcoming game, more often than not he finds a way to pick up a result.

Old Trafford isn't the same as it used to be and United absolutely shouldn't be feared. So many times under Fergie and even beyond we've gone there (and to be honest even at Villa park) and lost the game before we've even stepped on the pitch. Manager after manager has failed to flick our bogies but it seems like Emery is finding a way to break a curse here and there and over the past 30 years we've had a hell of a lot of bloody bogies.

Hopefully, ETH is clinging onto his job and we hammer in the final nail.

Thought his comments after the game were just class.

Unbeaten in London since… Fulham away under you know who.

He’ll be livid about that last few minutes, mind.

Predictably classy. I love everything about the man.

Yep. I'm with him too. I like showing a bit of aggression and a dash of shithousery, but we lost it today. I think there's a benefit to staying onside with the refs and not ending up like a bunch of salty whingers like some clubs and managers, because long term it probably creates a bias against you. Those real tight calls might start going against you more if you're Arteta for example.
The discipline at Spurs too is ridiculous with the likes of Romero and Bissouma.

Unai understands that our players got carried away a bit but where it comes from. We are breathing air that we are not accustomed to and it’s going make us do some funny things. Sometimes act irrationally when we need cooler heads. It’s fucking brilliant then that we have a manager who has operated at the top to calm things down. We need to stay focused and resilient because over the next few months the pressure only ramps up more and more. We need to shut out the noise and keep our heads. He will reinforce that message this week.

He just has so much class - compare him to Arteta. He doesn’t instantly defend our players when they’re clearly wrong, that just shows integrity.

Not so sure. 11 v 11, we played a lot of football in front of them without looking like we could get in behind them. The red card changes the game. I don't think we win that without Mee diving in like a thug.

We opened four times in the first half, Ramsey twice and More o and Cash, all good chances. Not saying we would of won or not without Mee’s red, too hard to tell, but we we’re definitely able to create.

And didn't take them. The original point wasn't that we struggled to create chances in away games, it was that we struggled to score in them.

I thought we played pretty well first half but because we didn't make the most of our chances, they get a goal before half-time and we're chasing the game again.

As we become a better side, we need moments of quality that we take so that we get the lead because I don't think there's anyone better than us once they have a lead.

Unai's signings:

Moreno £14m
Duran £14m
Torres £35m
Diaby £54m
Tielemens £0m

Total £117m

Not a single dud 😂😂😂

Imagine this squad once he's had a few seasons and really flexed his muses in the transfer market 😂
