Just need to be better away from home. It's good that we've scored twice in our last 2 away games because before that, we hadn't scored twice in away games this season.

Really? Didn't realise it was that bad.

I don’t blame the pundits for saying we won’t win the league, I don’t think we will either

obviously if we do I’ll spontaneously combust but right now a top 4 finish would be an unbelievable achievement in such a short space of time for Emery

A bit galling that we need to cheer for the other English clubs in Europe to do well this season. Newcastle and ManUre crashing and burning in the Chumps League this week has meant the Premier League has fallen off the top of the race for the extra CL place for next season with Germany and Italy currently in-line for extra places.

Well, yes. And that should have been by more. Point remains that before Spurs away we had mostly struggled to score away from home.

Why should we worry? We're going to finish in the top four minimum!

I think our away record this season is 3 wins in 8 games, so it definitely needs to improve.

W - Burnley, Chelsea, Spurs
D - Wolves, Bournemouth
L - Newcastle, Liverpool, Forest

Losing to Newcastle and Liverpool early in the season isn't a massive deal, obviously the Forest one was a bad result. Even one of those draws being a win would have us level at the top. But we're still very much in touch, and there's only a couple of away fixtures that should maybe trouble us if we can raise the level of performance to where it should be.

It would help if they could start well after a kick-off too. They seem to have had a knack of conceding in the first 5 minutes after a start/restart just lately. It killed us against Forest despite how much possession we had and we did it at the start of the second half against Bournemouth. And we could have been 2-3 down at Spurs. Liverpool was an early one too.

17 games into the season. Using recent PL seasons, so ones after Pubehead stropped off

We've beaten our total points for 2015/16 and 2019/20

And equaled the points totals for 2011/12, 2013/14 and 2014/15

On the pitch dragging Emi away from the scuffle - think Emi's going to hear about that one, getting the boss a yellow card !
