Your interpretation is how you see it however what I am doing is musing and form working hypothesis, theories, and formed guesswork that stands to reason are going to be accepted and discussed by some and others it doesn't align with how they want to discuss and debate on h and v and they deal with having to read or hear the information as they choose to deal with it.

Emi Martínez, Alex Moreno, Diego Carlos, Douglas Luiz, Phillipe  Coutinho, Emi Martínez, Emi Buendía, Jhon Duran are the Spanish-speaking players at Villa it's not unfeasible to have these 8 players all on the pitch at aome time before the end of the season. (Potential)

Opinion:
I am of the opinion, not the fact, that if these eight players are on the field at the same time, we will witness some truly spectacular play. It's only a view!

Guess based on understanding:
I'm making a guess as well! Tyrone Mings (just a guess!) would be someone willing to learn Spanish due to his open-minded attitude towards learning and having a solid 6th form private education, and it's possible that he, Luca Digne, and Eze Konsa have some basic understandings.

Factual reasoning :
Konsa because of his Portuguese background and the fact that Portugal and Spain are in the same language group, and Digne because of his time in Spain and playing with Spanish-speaking players.


Post is open to discussion. All views welcome though hoping for some detailed critical thought in responses.

Interesting thought Footy-Vill.

As one example, it would not surprise me if a lot of Chelsea's woes is due to a breakdown in communication. They have many recently acquired players from all over the world and getting a 'clear and precise' message across regarding style of play etc must be extremely difficult.

For villa to have predominantly English and Spanish speaking players will simplify matters and reduce the need for translators/translations from all over the world. Communication is key in any successful team and the language barrier problem can easily be overlooked.

The English language is not mandatory in all foreign schools. I believe for all foreign players at Villa it should be a pre-requisite that they learn English. The onus should not be on Konsa, Mings etc to learn Spanish etc.

Learning French or German is hard, I've tried, and it means I have the greatest of respect for someone like Bad English who has truly mastered it.

But English? Come on, it's a piece of piss. I was fluent in it before I even started school, as were my kids. Anyone that can't speak it is just lazy in my book.
