Sack him. Fucking terrible.

A long cold, hard winter otherwise, with games like this to look forward to? No fucking thanks.
I know right, it’s almost as if the other teams we play are trying to make us lose.

Ha ha!

Not great but not as poor as some are making out. McGinn not as bad as people say either. I’d rather win ugly than lose pretty..

Well we needed that win but we should have wrapped this up before half time. We hugged and puffed against a very poor team. Coutinho was a class above everyone on the pitch but we are so lacklustre in our movement and positional play.

McGinn worked extremely hard off the ball but he really slows the game down and gives it away to easily.

Thought Mings was excellent at the back.

At one point they added a caption showing who had given the ball away most, it was aimed at Bailey who was top but McGinn was 3rd having lost possession 17 times in an hour, that's completely unacceptable for a central midfielder, and doubly so when he's the captain. That's why he's a problem right now, he's just really sloppy in possession.

You get those games. Dull as ditchwater, but we were so solid. Mings is an Aston Villa legend, full stop. Brilliant display.

Felt like we were playing practice vs an U21 side. Few times it felt like we'd burst into life but it just fell flat. I don't even remember Dendoncker being mentioned once he was on. Atmosphere seemed dead in the second half. I actually though Mcginn did ok but against better sides we are in trouble . I think this is just delaying the inevitable as far as Gerrard concerned.

Tough watch. We won but we are going nowhere with this manager.
